Greetings,
Happy Friday! I hope you all had a great week.
Are you always overthinking everything?
*Raises Hand* Not even going to lie - More often than not I am always overthinking and analyzing every little thing that happens in my life. I can't even express myself without having to think about it over, and over again (and then think about it again even after it happens). This is definitely one of the things I struggle with and am trying to work on a daily basis. I guess we all have things we need to work on a daily basis and this is one the things I have to work on. I have gotten a lot better though. Here are a few tips I have for you if you are having the same issues (Please note that these are just my opinions and things that have helped me):
(1) Letting things go and let it be
I cannot emphasize this enough. As cliche as it may sound, everything truly does happen for a reason. There's no point in dwelling on what has already happened. I know, I know it's easier said than done. Trust me the sooner you are able to let things go and let everything play out as it should, your life will be much better and you are going to be happier. Sometimes I still struggle with this but I always remind myself that everything will fall into place as it should be. If this is tough for you, my advice would be to think of something that bothers you the least and simply start there and slowly work your way up to letting the bigger things go.

( 2 ) Finding something that will occupy your time
This is the best tip I can give everyone. When I spend time doing something that I love and enjoy, whether it be shopping, baking, cooking, spending time with family and or friends blogging, etc. it helps ease my mind. I normally don't worry about anything and am focusing on what I love to do. So if there is something you are truly passionate about go for it and do what you love. If you are having troubles finding a hobby, I would recommend exploring new things you've never done before. *Maybe join a cooking class, fitness group, scrapbooking*
**These are the two best tips I can give. If you are a person that overthinks and overanalyzes let me know what you do to ease your mind?!
